We offer shipping via a variety of carriers. Available shipping rates and services for your order destination will be calculated during checkout. We use live rates calculated by shippers based on weight and size of packages. What you are charged is what we are charged. Orders over $150 shipping to the US qualify for free ground shipping.

We ship replacement panels and overlays in padded envelopes, but if you are purchasing only panels, shipping (especially outside of the US) is often prohibitively expensive. To minimize these costs, we recommend asking your favorite retailer to include your items in their next shipment.

**International Orders** You may or may not be charged import fees and/or taxes for orders shipping outside the US. These fees are charged once the product reaches the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Noise Engineering does not pay VAT or other tax / duty charges. Products are marked as their MSRP value. We cannot falsify customs/duty forms for you. Please don't ask.

If you wish to avoid surprises at the border, please check in with one of our amazing retailers to pick up our products locally.

Shipping charges are not incurred on any downloadable items.

We make every effort to get physical orders out as quickly as possible (Monday - Thursday) but in some cases or during sales, it may take up to 10 business days to get an order out the door. You'll get a notification as soon as your order ships, or you can track it in the Shopify App.
